By booking a tour with Under Your Feet, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Tour Availability and Changes

   • All tours are subject to availability and may be canceled, rescheduled, or altered due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, local restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.

   • Under Your Feet reserves the right to modify the itinerary or route of the tour for any reason, including safety concerns or accessibility issues.

2. Liability Waiver

   • Under Your Feet is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or any other form of harm that may occur during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the tour.

   • Participants must be aware that some areas visited during the tour may have uneven surfaces, stairs, or other potential hazards. It is advised to wear comfortable footwear and be mindful of the surroundings at all times.

   • By booking a tour, participants agree that they voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour.

3. Health and Safety

   • Participants are required to follow all local health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the tour, including any mask-wearing or social distancing requirements if applicable.

   • It is the responsibility of participants to inform the guide of any health conditions, disabilities, or other factors that might require special consideration during the tour.

4. Photography and Media Release

   • Under Your Feet may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional or marketing purposes. By booking a tour, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in such media.

   • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the guide at the start of the tour.

5. Force Majeure

   • Under Your Feet will not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing the tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other events of force majeure.

6. Booking Confirmation and Cancellations

   • A tour booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a written confirmation from Under Your Feet.

   • Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund (100%). No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour.

   • If a tour is canceled by Under Your Feet, a full refund will be provided. If a participant cancels, the refund will be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

7. Indemnification

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Under Your Feet, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the tour, including any claims made by third parties. This includes any legal fees or costs related to claims arising from your actions or behavior during the tour.

8. No-shows

   • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are unable to attend the tour, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

9. General Terms

   • Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the guide during the tour for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

   • The information shared during the tours is for general interest and entertainment purposes. Under Your Feet does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the historical or cultural information presented.

   • Under Your Feet reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or violates any of the terms and conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

10. Data Protection

    • By booking a tour, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (provide a link to the privacy policy). We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. You also accept the potential risks involved and agree to engage in the tour at your own risk.
